Collection of Information Personal Data
As a Job Seeker, you will be asked to enter your Personal, Educational, Professional and Communication information including Email address and Mobile Number when you register with us. Also, you may optionally upload your files (resumes) containing one or more of your private information and a profile photo identifying you. This information will be shared with the recruiters registered in our website.
IP Address
For security measures, we record your IP address at the time of login, registration and data modification. This information is private.
Open ID / OAuth / Service Provider Login
When logging in using Open ID / OAuth 2.0 (Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Microsoft) your email ID and password are directly sent from your computer to concerned provider and not to our website. Your email ID is sent to us only after successful authentication.
How do we use your information?
Recruiters will search and locate Job Seekers information available with us to send Job oppurtunities.
Job seekers will search and apply to the job notifications posted and also able to view the contact information and instution details available and allowed by the recruiters to share.
Our automated systems and support team members will also able to locate the candidate profiles and send job offer notifications through SMS, Email and App Push notifications.
We do not sell your data to any third parties other than the above specified use cases.
What rights you have over your data
As Job Seeker you can control your profile visibility through Settings page in our App. In such a way recruiters can't see your profile. You can completely de-activate your profile if you do not want to receive any further notifications.
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How do we protect your data?
We use regular Malware & Virus Scanning.
Your password is stored in encrypted format using an irreversible algorithm
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We do not store any other sensitive information such as credit card / debit card numbers. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
